Affordability gap of energy efficient retrofitting: Report
The objective of this study is to analyse from different perspectives the ability of homeowners to co-finance energy efficient (EE) retrofits of their buildings and, based on this, to assess the
affordability gaps of household (HH) groups differentiated by social vulnerability criteria.
This report has been prepared within the framework of the “De-Risking and Scaling-Up Investment in Energy Efficient Building Retrofits” project, implemented by the United Nations Development
Programme (UNDP) in Armenia, with financing from the Green Climate Fund (GCF), under the coordination of the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Armenia.
