Residential sector energy efficiency financing: Report
This report is to evaluate the readiness and capacity of Armenian financial institutions, banks, credit organisations, and leasing companies, to design and deliver tailored financial products for energy efficient in MABs and individual homes of residential sector. The analysis explores the current state of green finance in Armenia, the integration of ESG criteria in the banking sector, and the enabling environment for sustainable investment.
This report has been developed in the frame of the "De-risking and Scaling-up Investment in Energy Efficient Building Retrofits" Project, which is being implemented by the United Nations Development Programme in Armenia, financed by the Green Climate Fund, and coordinated by the RA Ministry of Environment.
